Hot Dipped Blue Enamel Earrings

Ready to add a little sparkle to your day?  These cute earrings are handmade of oxidized sterling silver, copper, enamel and crystal.

These are fun to make because the blue part is actually hot dipped enamel. The copper disks are heated to a very high temperature and then dipped into powdered enamel.  The results is a very pretty smooth glass surface.  These color reminds me of robin's egg blue, just in time for spring.
